Corban Loves to Use My Nail Supplies

Most of you know that I do acrylic finger nails. Carson has never been real interested in it but Corban on the other hand is. We have to paint his nails at least once a day when I am working(only with the top coat because dad says it is a girl thing). He talks to many clients and interrupts their time for his turn. On this particular day Corban got the chance to do a clients nails. I was making my clients toenails look pretty at the time and he found some stickers that are used to do sculptured nails(which I do not do unless asked). My client willing let him put them on her already done finger nails which we had to repaint afterwords because the stickers left the sticky.

Hopefully it is not the career path he chooses. Although, I did learn from a very masculine man that owned the salon with his wife.

The Most PRECIOUS Time of the Day

When Corban wakes up our day is go, go, go! I love him dearly but he is so busy. When naps do come it is the most precious time of the day. It takes a lot for him to give into sleep and if he takes a nap you better believe bed time won't be coming at the normal 8:30 or 9:00 but more like 11 or 12. But some days it is worth the nap.

Handy Man with the Scissors

I was cooking in the kitchen when I turned around to Corban taking the scissors to his fisher price doodle pro. He was cutting the string that hold the pen the doodle board so it doesn't get lost. He was so proud of his skills. How long tell the pen is gone. One hour or one day??

I bought jaw braker candy that has gum in the middle at the store the other day and Carson and Corban thought it was great. Needless to say this is what happened while eating it.

I AM GOING TO FIGURE THIS ALL OUT! AREN'T I?

Okay, so last night was my first post and we set up the blog in December. I am not very computer smart so please hang with me. I am going to do a few pack posts of some things I would like typed to remember. So, I am going to fiqure this posting stuff out! Aren'tI? I may be asking for alot of help from many other bloggers.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day to all! After spending a good majority of the day baking and decorating cookies I thought I would share my accomplishment for my first post. My friend and I were talking about what we were going to do for our husbands and she said she was probably going to send him a cookie bouquet. I told her that sounded great and then after thinking for a while I realized I bake sugar cookies quite often and could make my own. So needless to say I went to work on it. However, it was not a surprise to him because he went and bought the wood dowels and cut them to the length I wanted. What a great man! I just LOVE him! After going to lunch with my valentine and 2 year old Corban I started frosting cookies for many besides the 12 for the cookie bouquet. I think Carson (6 years) ate about 9 cookies while writing names on valentines while I frosted. Corbans cookies ended up on the floor like most other things he eats. I finally finished frosting all the cookies about 5:30pm.

My hubby with the bouquet and my boys who both had to be in the picture with their dad.

Dad was kind and willing to share with his boys.

Snowmobiling with the BIG Boys!
Dad and Carson jumping!

On Saturday Carson went snowmobiling with his dad, Grandpa, and uncle Dallin to Fairview. I think he really enjoyed is experience. He said he really liked going on the big jumps with his dad. The big boys can't ride as hard with one little guy but they are good to take him with them. I think he is going to grow up to like the sport as much as the Big Boys.

The group with Dad, Carson, Grandpa, and Uncle Dallin.

I am however jealous they got to be in the blue sky above all of the clouds that were here in the valley. It was warmer (if 40 degrees is warm) than it has been but somedays it would be nice to see the sun.
